Camera-Ready Submission Guidelines

Please find the reviewer comments on the https://techsammelan.in/login.php portal after getting the acceptance email from https://techsammelan.in/login.php.

The acceptance of your manuscript in ISED 2026, NIT Warangal, comes with the following duties for you.

  • Follow the review comments and revise your manuscript for the camera-ready submission.
  • Make sure that all the figures are 300 dpi.
  • Please make sure that the plagiarism score of the manuscript is less than 10% (excluding references) and AI-plagiarism is less than 10%.
  • Preparation of camera-ready manuscript as per standard IEEE format (refer to https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates) and submission of the same before the deadline [The date has been sent through ised2026@nitw.ac.in]. We suggest you use Latex for preparing a camera-ready manuscript, if possible. The number of pages is limited to a maximum of 6 pages. It can be extended by paying Rs. 1000/- per page or USD 30 per page and limited to a maximum of 8 pages (i.e., 2 additional pages).

You have to transfer the registration fee (see https://cms.nitw.ac.in/conference/ised2026/informationForAuthors.html#registration) to the below account on or before [The date has been sent through ised2026@nitw.ac.in].

While paying the registration fees, please give the comment as "ISED-2026-ManuscriptID". The registration fee should be paid via bank transfer / NEFT / RTGS / UPI to the above bank account. Note that you have to pay any additional bank transfer charges, if applicable.

We now consider you/your co-authors committed to presenting the manuscript at the conference either physically or in virtual mode. We reserve the right to discard the manuscript from the proceedings if none of the authors/co-authors register and present the manuscript at the conference as per IEEE guidelines. Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the author(s) to ensure that their submitted manuscript is free from plagiarism (both similarity score and AI content) and complies with all ethical standards. Any manuscript found to have significant plagiarism, improper citation, or ethical violations at any stage (including post-acceptance or during final submission to the publisher) may be rejected or excluded from publication by IEEE. In such cases, the organizing committee shall not be held responsible for non-publication, and no refund of the registration fee will be provided under any circumstances.

Camera-Ready Submission Process

Please follow the below process to submit the camera-ready file and registration form.

  1. Please create a folder with your manuscript ID (say, 101).
  2. Keep the camera-ready manuscript inside the folder.
    • 2.1 If you have prepared the camera-ready manuscript as a Word file, then rename it as 101_manuscript.docx (or) 101_manuscript.doc and the corresponding .pdf file as 101_manuscript.pdf. If you have figures, then keep them inside the folder (i.e., 101).
    • 2.2 If you have prepared the camera-ready manuscript as a .tex file, then rename it as 101_manuscript.tex and the corresponding .pdf file as 101_manuscript.pdf. If you have figures, then keep them inside the folder (i.e., 101).
  3. Check the camera-ready manuscript (101_manuscript.docx (or) 101_manuscript.doc (or) 101_manuscript.pdf) for IEEE Xplore compatibility using IEEE PDF eXpress as follows.
    • Create an account (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/signup)
    • Enter the following: 71492X for the conference ID, your email address, and a password
    • Continue to enter information as prompted
    • An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
    • Enter your manuscript details and upload the manuscript (101_manuscript.docx (or) 101_manuscript.doc (or) 101_manuscript.pdf)
    • Once your manuscript is passed through the IEEE PDF eXpress, please download the manuscript (e.g., 2026XXXXXX.pdf) and keep it inside the folder without renaming the manuscript.
  4. Keep the payment/transaction slip (rename as 101_payment.pdf), bank statement (highlighting the deducted amount and rename as 101_statement.pdf), and fill out the registration form (https://forms.gle/CiQMYeYEFzsHHmwj6). Note that the conference registration fee should be paid based on the category of presenting author (i.e., researcher/academician/student/research scholar/industry professionals).
  5. If the presenting author is an IEEE Member, please keep the IEEE Membership card inside the folder and rename it to 101_IEEE_Membership.pdf.
  6. Convert the folder (i.e., 101) into a zip file (i.e., 101.zip) and email it to ised2026@nitw.ac.in with the subject as "MANUSCRIPT ID - XXX" on or before [The date has been sent through ised2026@nitw.ac.in].

Please note that your manuscript is auto-withdrawn if you have not completed the above process (i.e., camera-ready submission and registration) on or before the above mentioned deadline.
