About WIN
International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate women’s achievements or rally for women’s equality. The Gender Neutral Conference aims to create a platform for bringing women together from different fields of science and technology to empower each other. This platform will be used to share innovative ideas, challenges faced and their experiences to move towards the vision of the theme of this conference, which is to empower women to envision themselves as exemplary and effective leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM).
